Vendor Information -- MDLC 2015
The 2015 Conference looks to be the best ever! We are pleased to invite vendors to apply for the limited number of spaces available. Register today!
The following is provided per vendor space:
8 foot tables
Electricity upon request
Vendor Traffic and Prizes
Vendors are encouraged to donate a prize for the "end of the day" raffle. Conference participants participate in a punch card/stamp system to win prizes at day's end to encourage visiting all vendors during the day.
Note: Vendor Prizes will be awarded at the Closing Session on October 14th from 3:30 - 4:00 pm. Vendors do not need to stay for this session, but are encouraged to provide contact information.
Participants who visit the vendor area will receive an incentive coffee mug/coffee on October 14th from 10:25 - 11:00 am.
Ice Cream Social
We will be hosting an ice cream social in the vendor area to encourage traffic on October 14th from 2:00 - 2:30 pm.
Day 1: Pre-Conference October 13, 2015
Setup: between 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Traffic: 3:30 - 4:00 pm
Open for PreCon attendees to come down and "enter to win"
Day 2: Conference October 14, 2015
Vendors Open: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Coffee with the Vendors: 10:25 - 11:00 am
Ice Cream Social with Vendors: 2:00 - 2:30 pm
We will be hosting an ice cream social in the vendor area to encourage traffic.
Take down: 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
*Vendor Prizes: 3:30 - 4:00 pm
